The Refer-A-Friend Scheme Terms and Conditions (hereafter Terms and Conditions) below constitutes a legal agreement between the Refer-A-Friend Scheme participant as the “Referrer” and MagnaSaleLtd (Hereafter “Company”), who operates the domain and web site https://www.MagnaSaleLtd.org/ (hereafter “Website”).

The Scheme allows the Referrer to promote the Company’s Refer-A-Friend Scheme and receive a Referral Bonus based on the below Terms and Conditions.

1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Refer-A-Friend Scheme Terms and Conditions, the following words shall have the meaning respectively ascribed to them:

  1. “Referrer” means a Client who participates in the Scheme by referring eligible Friends to become Clients.
  2. “Referred Friend” means a person who is not an existing Client of the Company and who has given his/her approval and whom the Referrer has referred through the Scheme.
  3. “Scheme” means Refer-A-Friend Scheme.

2. Period of Validity

The duration of the promotion is unlimited. MagnaSaleLtd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Refer-A-Friend Scheme program at any time with no prior notification to the participants.

3. Eligibility Criteria

To participate in the promotion, your Friend (or companion, relative, colleague etc.) is required to:

  • Register a trading account for the first time through the form provided which can be found on the Company’s website in Clients area
  • Not to be attached to current Affiliate of the company through Affiliate link or referring to Affiliate code in registration form.

All types of accounts are eligible to participate.

Referral Bonus for Referred Friends is available for Clients who have new accounts and existing accounts.

4. Terms to qualify for the Refer-A-Friend Scheme

The Referral Bonus given to the Referrer will be deposited in the user account of the Referrer when all the requirements are met. The Referral Bonus will be amounted to:

  • Referral FTD of up to 1999 (one thousand nine hundred ninety-nine) to any base currency = 200 (two hundred) to any base currency reward to the Referrer
  • Referral FTD of 2000 (two thousand) and up to any base currency = 300 (three hundred) to any base currency reward to the Referrer

The Referral Bonus for the Referred Friend will only be credited to the Referrer’s trading account after the identification documents of the Referred Friend are verified and the trade actions required are met

The Referred Friend must open a trading account with MagnaSaleLtd, deposit in his account and perform 8 (eight) trade actions for the Referrer to receive the Referral Bonus. The Referred Friend may deposit more funds to his account to complete the 8 (eight) trade actions

The Referral Bonus has no limitations; it is liquid and can be withdrawn and/or used for trading activity

5. General Terms

  • In the cases where the Referred Friend has not proceeded with a deposit within the first 120 (one hundred twenty) days from the registration date, the Referrer will not be eligible to receive the Referral Bonus. The Referrer shall be informed by the Company when the Referred Friend is near to the 120 (one hundred twenty) days deadline
  • In the cases where the Referred Friend has deposited in the first 120 (one hundred twenty) days from the registration date, he has an unlimited amount of time to complete the trade requirements
  • The Referrer shall receive the Referral Bonus in the cases where the Referred Friend has been verified, has deposited and has completed the 8 (eight) trade actions required
  • The Referral Bonus will be available on the Referrer’s trading account within 24 (twenty-four) hours from the moment the Referred Friend satisfies the terms listed in the present Terms and Conditions.
  • The Referral Bonus will be given in the currency of each Referrer’s account
  • Where the Referred Friend will deposit more than 1 (one) time within the same day, the deposits will be summed up and the Referral Bonus will be amended where applicable
  • There is no limit on the number of the ‘’Refer-A-Friend Scheme’’ Referral Bonuses you may receive, subject to these terms and conditions. It is hereby clarified that a Refer-A-Friend Scheme will be granted once per Referred Friend.
  • Each Referrer may refer a maximum of up to 10 (ten) Referred Friends per day
  • Each Referrer may refer clients that are not existing clients and do not hold already a trading account with the Company
  • The Referral Bonus is not and should not be considered as a deposit

Indication of fraud, manipulation, Referral Bonus abuse, or any other forms of deceitful and/or fraudulent activity based on the provision of the Referral Bonus may nullify the account and any and/or all profits and/or losses garnered and the Referrer shall not receive the Referral Bonus – this is to be decided at the sole discretion of the Company.
